Welcome to Fitness 813.  My name is Anna DeCaria and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer.  I specialize in In-Home Training for those who have busy schedules or are intimidated by the local gyms.  Learning why and how we do each exercise is the basis of my program.
